What Can Dinergy Do for David?

Planning

In addition to our core financial planning work, we’ll create David’s Executive Deferred Compensation program that takes maximum advantage of his role as a business owner to help strengthen his financial future.

Our Enrolled Actuary partners are experts in deferred compensation programs, approved by the IRS to interpret, apply, and monitor the accounting rules required by ERISA. As an employer, David is familiar with the complexity of ERISA and knows it takes skilled expertise to navigate the employee AND employer benefits available.

Investing

We’ll design a continuously rebalanced investment portfolio for David that is consistent with his risk preference while we work with our Enrolled Actuary partners to ensure his annual contributions and/or withdrawals are consistent with the most current regulations.

Insurance

In addition to reviewing and identifying improvements that may be available for David’s personal life insurance program, we’ll review his business’ growth and ensure any buy-sell agreements he may have in place are sufficiently funded to cover the transitional funding risks created by that growth.

“We believe many in this business make their money on fees and charges quietly buried in the fine print…we wanted a firm that intentionally and fully discloses every dime of fees in a transparent, easy to understand way. No exceptions.”
